SOUTH NORFOLK BRANCH OF THE BRITISH CACTUS & SUCCULENT SOCIETY All are welcome, especially beginners. Our members will be pleased to share their knowledge and to give friendly help and encouragement - why not give us a visit?

	History Barry Gayton & Ernie Harradine formed the BCSS Thetford Branch in 1983. The Branch met in Thetford for many years, but has now moved to Garboldisham (situated between Thetford & Diss) and changed its name to South Norfolk. Meetings Meetings are held in the Garboldisham Village Hall in Church Road (nearly opposite the Village Church) at 7pm for a 7-30 start, on the third Wednesday of most Months, except January, August & December. Please contact the Branch Secretary (Darrall Fletcher Tel: 01953 717406) to confirm meetings and to ask any questions you may have, before visiting the Branch. Car parking is available at the Village Hall.		Branch Information A library of informative books and encyclopaedias are available for members to borrow. Trips are organised to cacti nurseries and markets, etc. A Branch Open Show is held each year in the Thetford Garden Centre. At most meetings, visiting Speakers give talks on a variety of topics - with helpful demonstrations where applicable. We have plant sales at our Annual Show and most visiting Speakers also bring plants to sell.
